This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms. Please read carefully before making a purchase or subscription.

Service Refunds

Refunds are allowed when:

  • A towing service was paid for but not completed
  • Customer was charged incorrectly

Completed towing, recovery, or roadside services are non-refundable.

Subscription Refunds

Annual towing subscriptions are:

  • Non-refundable after activation

Subscriptions are non-transferable.

Payment Channels & Refund Method

Refunds will follow the original payment method:

  • PayNow → refunded via PayNow
  • Credit/Debit Card → refunded to the same card
  • Bank transfer → refunded to originating account

Refund processing time: 7–14 working days.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds for:

  • Completed services
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or border control
  • Incorrect vehicle details provided by the user
  • Subscription cancellations after activation
