Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By using our website, mobile app, or services, you agree to these Terms.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Towing Hub Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"), including towing, roadside assistance, accident towing, the AI App subscription service, and cross-border towing between Singapore and Malaysia.

By using our website, mobile app, or services, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

We provide towing and roadside assistance for cars and motorcycles, including:

2.1 Standard Towing (Singapore)
Breakdowns, mechanical issues, electrical faults, engine failure.
2.2 Accident Towing (Insurance-Covered)
Accident towing is covered under insurance claim procedures.
2.3 Roadside Assistance
Jump-starts, tyre changes, onsite diagnostics, fuel delivery (fuel charge applies).
2.4 Vehicle Recovery
Recovery from police pound yard, carparks, or restricted areas.
2.5 Cross-Border Towing (Singapore ↔ Malaysia)
Requires compliance with both Singapore and Malaysia laws, including immigration, customs and insurance requirements.
2.6 AI App Subscription Services
Our mobile application allows users to:
  • Request towing
  • Pay annual non-accident towing subscription
  • Pay via PayNow or Credit/Debit Cards
  • Receive live tow-truck status
  • Request help for VEP/Autopass matters
  • Manage vehicle details and service requests
2.7 Workshop Coordination
Accident and non-accident referrals to partner workshops in Singapore & Malaysia.

Payments

Accepted payment methods:

PayNow Credit/Debit Cards Bank Transfer Cash (case-by-case)

Annual subscription fees are charged through the App and are non-transferable.

Insurance

4.1 Accident Towing
Covered under insurance policies where applicable.
4.2 Insurance Reporting
We assist with documentation and communication with insurers and workshops.
4.3 Non-Accident Towing

NOT covered by insurance. Users must pay per use or maintain an active subscription.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details regarding the vehicle and incident.
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible for towing.
  • Provide correct documents for cross-border towing.
  • Follow immigration and regulatory compliance rules (SG & MY).

Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays due to border checks, traffic, weather, or road conditions
  • Loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles
  • Mechanical issues unrelated to towing
  • Pre-existing damage

Governing Law

7.1 Primary

This document is governed by Singapore Law.

7.2 Cross-Border

Cross-border activities must additionally comply with Malaysian regulations.
